The Process

After THN secures the best loan for your vehicle, a loan agreement will be emailed or delivered to you. Upon reviewing the details of the contract with your loan specialist, simply sign the appropriate paperwork and return it to THN in the provided postage-paid envelope.

Once your completed paperwork is received, our fulfillment team will manage the final steps of the loan process. A full and final payment will be issued to your former lender for any remaining balance on your loan. Finally, all of your state and federal paper work will be sent to your county office and from there your vehicle's title will be transferred to your new lender.

At that point you will have successfully refinanced your auto loan with THN. You will receive a welcome package and payment book from your new lender approximately ten days prior to your first payment on your new loan. You will have the ability to enroll in direct withdraw from your account or pay online or send in a monthly check, whatever you prefer.
